- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup milk of your choice
- ¾ cup yogurt of your choice
- ¼ cup of granola or muesli
- Fresh or frozen fruit (bananas, strawberries, blueberries etc.)
Instructions1. In a medium bowl mix chia seeds and milk together. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator over night. 2. In the morning stir chia seed pudding to remove clumps. 3. Add yogurt, fruit and granola. 4. Enjoy!
